About The Order

You’ve reached the Order of the White Lion, known in-game on the Sargeras server as The White Lions. The guild was founded at WoW’s release in 2004 by Flikenduil and his wife, Wenaeleyn. The driving force behind the guild is friendship and family. We are a casual group, but we’re serious about the game as well. TWL is a rather different beast. Our standards and our values distinguish us. We pride ourselves on creating a fair, positive, enjoyable, drama-free environment.

We also value the real-life commitments of our members and believe that those commitments come first before any in-game commitments. Jerks and lootwhores are not tolerated! We are mature players who play the game to have fun, and we make sure nothing gets in the way. We are among the oldest guilds on the server and there is a reason our members have been with us for so long.

We are a casual 10-man raiding guild. We raid Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Though we only raid two nights a week, we specialize in getting a lot done in a short amount of time and having fun doing it!

We also value skill and competence. A raid is not fun if it’s an incoherent mess! Raiders are expected to be on time and prepared. Strategies are posted on the site, and reading them is a must. Members are also expected to be extremely familiar with their class mechanics, including proper gearing and ideal spell rotations. The fact that we are not “hardcore” does not prevent us from running successful raids!

When we are not raiding, our members can often be found running heroics or pvping together.
