Blackrock Caverns (Heroic)

This is very similar to Netherspite.
Someone must stand in each of the three beams so they do not reach the mobs. Anyone can do it, but ranged DPS is ideal. At 80-90 stacks, get out, let the stacks drop, and get back in.
Melee DPS can be assigned to beams. The tank just re-positions the boss accordingly.
Interrupt her fear (Dark Command).

The tank must bring the boss through the edge of the lava column to apply a debuff to him. Try to get 1-2 stacks with each pass.
The objective is to keep this debuff on him throughout the fight and end with no more than about 10 stacks. More stacks means more healing required.
If you let the stacks drop (intentionally or otherwise), the DPS must completely switch to the adds until they're all dead. When killed, the adds leave pools of lava (which will also add stacks). Once that's done, start keeping the stacks refreshed again. Keep in mind, though, that the fight can and should be done without dropping stacks at all.

Keep as many of the puppies as possible CCed throughout the fight.
Kill the uncontrolled puppies, then Beauty. Any remaining puppies will disappear.
Beauty fears. If you have Fear Ward, it should be used on the healer. If you don't have Fear Ward or other fear controls, this becomes a significant healing check.
This boss is optional.

Have one person kite the adds in a circle for the entire fight. The last person to hit these adds will have threat, so the other players should be careful with AoE.
The boss periodically switches places with one of the adds. The kiter will need to aggro one more target. The tank and DPS will need to find the "new" boss to resume the fight.
The kiting area can be separate from the boss fight, but because of the target switching, it shouldn't be too far away.
